ICED FILTER COFFEE
STEP 1:
GRIND COFFEE & BOIL WATER
Grind: Grind a little finer than you normally would for your pour-over. Rinse the filter with hot water over your sink (not into decanter, we don't want to preheat)
Water Temp: 96-98˚ C / 204-208˚ F
STEP 2:
PUT ICE INTO YOUR DECANTER
Ratio: 25g (coffee) to 225g (hot water) 150g Ice
Pour 75g of hot water into your coffee to bloom. Vigorously swirls the coffee to wet all of the coffee. Let the coffee bloom for 45-50 seconds.
STEP 3:
SLOWLY POUR THE REMAINING HOT WATER TO REACH 225G
Once drained, swirl the coffee until the ice stops melting
STEP 4:
POUR OVER ICE AND ENJOY!
