From Ethiopia we sourced a beautiful washed coffee from the the Bensa Washing Station sitting between 1900 - 2330 m.a.s.l. in the Sidama region. This was one of the best washed Ethiopia single origins we tasted all year, and we are excited to offer it in this trio. The washed Ethiopia Daye Bensa is a classic Ethiopia profile with jasmine blossom and apricot notes.
