Description
La Danta is equally at home in espresso and filter applications, and this time we dialed the roast specifically with Iced Coffee in mind. Expect a cup profile that is chocolatey and smooth, and is able to stand up to ice, as well as a splash of milk.

SOURCING STORY
Our relationship with Vides Coffee goes back many years, and includes some of our top micro lot offerings. La Danta is a larger lot from the Vides Family Farms, grown at 1600 meters in the Huehuetenango region. It has become a staple coffee within the 49th offerings, because it is so versatile and crowd pleasing.

Ice Roast Brewing: Please see our brewing guide ICED CHEMEX (https://49thcoffee.com/blogs/brew-guides/iced-chemex). Regular Brewing: 1 gram of freshly ground coffee to 16-17g water / Slurry temperature (coffee+water): 200 - 205 ̊F – 93 - 96 ̊C / Extraction: 20 - 21% / TDS 1.38-1.41%
