Description: Fragrant with berries, florals, and hibiscus, complemented by cane sugar and caramel undertones. Bright and sweet citrusy fruit juices lead to a crisp acidity and a clean, lingering finish.

Description: This is a beautiful washed lot, a blend of pacas and bourbon varietals. Sometimes we prefer to separate the varieties, other times they are both so good and complementary, that we blend them together to create a slightly larger micro lot. Here we find an elegant and plush espresso coffee with peach and strawberry jam notes.
